Hello, welcome to my homepage!
I am an Assistant Professor and a Royal Society University Research Fellow in the Astronomy & Astrophysics group at the University of Warwick.
My main research interests are white dwarf and hot subdwarf stars, particularly in close binary systems. These are often potential supernova Ia progenitors, which are key for understanding the expansion of the Universe, and strong gravitational wave sources that also allow multi-messenger studies.
I co-lead the TESS Working Group 8.4, Evolved Compact Binaries, and I am a permanent member of the 4MOST collaboration, having previously acted as Quality Control Scientist and co-head of Infrastructure Working Group 6 - Data Curation and Data Release.
