IPHAS HectoSpec DATABASE

This is the current list of observed IPHAS HectoSpec fields. The last columns provide download links to reduced spectra for those fields that have been fully processed. A description of the initial pipeline can be found here. A postscript plot is available for each config permitting a quicklook and the spectra themselves are available in both FITS and ASCII format. The ASCII format has additional information and is the recommended version to use. Its format is described here. You can browse the files and consider using wget if you want to retrieve all of them (>3.5Gb!). In order to extract the tar files use the --force-local option to avoid tar being confused by the colons, e.g. tar -xvz --force-local -f Aql-1:1_ascii.tar.gz or pipe it; gzip -cd Aql-1:1_ascii.tar.gz | tar -tf -

Flux calibration efforts are ongoing, the final columns provide links to fluxed spectra as provided by Boris Gaensicke through the Soton Warwick IPHAS server.

R.A. sorted log of processed frames is here, currently containing 14302 science spectra
