ULTRACAM not biases

These are runs in which the word 'bias' appears in either the target name or comment but which failed the bias id criteria applied by 'procbias', such as too large/small mean value etc. These will include frames with low or high bias problems, bad pickup noise and the like, but may also include the odd reasonable run that failed from overly-conservative selection criteria. If you need one of these, you will have to go to the raw data. You may also want to review the full list of frames that did not make it as biases.
