As well as the generalised scripts supplied with 'pamela', I thought it would be useful to maintain a repository of scripts developed for different runs as examples which can be edited. These are for the most part one-offs adjusted for the run in question which is why I don't think its worth making them more generally avaialble.

| WHT_Dec2005_preparation | WHT/ISIS SPY follow-up run, December 2005. This script carries out the initial preparation of the data prior to reduction. It assumes that you have made a tar file of the files that you want on the ING computer and then it transfers the tar file unpacks it, converts the FITS files to sdf, corrects for multi-extension fits, runs 'fixhead' on the files, separates into red and blue arms, then sorts according to the data source 'flat', 'bias' etc. |
